Coaching

Transformation isn’t easy. Even when you know you want (or need) change, the work is tough to do alone. The good news is, you don’t have to. With individuals, couples, and groups, I’ve been helping people create the change they want for over 15 years.

Even when we are motivated to change, it can be difficult to find a new direction. Often, we put energy into the same old patterns simply because they are familiar. An outside eye helps you find a new way forward. Working with an expert helps empower you to make wise, informed choices.

What does coaching look like?

Coaching is tailored to you. If you like symbolism and art, we’ll work with these. If you like worksheets and tasks, we can do that too. Want homework? Great! Hate homework? No problem. We’ll figure out the methods that meet your needs. Email Laura@laurarademacher.com to get started.
