Transformation isn’t easy. Even when you know you want (or need) change, the work is tough to do alone. The good news is, you don’t have to. With individuals, couples, and groups, I’ve been helping people create the change they want for over 15 years.
Even when we are motivated to change, it can be difficult to find a new direction. Often, we put energy into the same old patterns simply because they are familiar. An outside eye helps you find a new way forward. Working with an expert helps empower you to make wise, informed choices.

FAQs
What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
Well, there are definitely some similarities. Just like therapy, coaching a talk-based format that focuses in on areas of your life where you want to make change, create growth, or feel better. However, where therapy sometimes focuses on recovering from past events, coaching is more future focused: helping you get to the goals you want. This doesn’t mean we can’t ever talk about the past, but it does mean we will be concentrating on helping you move forward into your desired future.
Can anyone call themselves a coach?
To some degree, yes. Coaching is a fairly unregulated term which is why you always want to ask about a coach’s training. I bring my twenty years combined experience in sex education and relationship & sex therapy to my coaching practice.
Do I have to live in Minnesota to do coaching with you?
No! One of the great things about coaching is that you can live anywhere or you can be a frequent traveler. This means you can access my expertise from where ever you are!
How much does it cost?
Coaching sessions are 55 minutes long and the fee is $200 per session. Because I prioritize your privacy, coaching sessions take place via a HIPAA compliant video service. Email laura@laurarademacher.com to get started.
