Exciting Sober Sex is designed for the newly sober, those who have many years of recovery, and even people who may be thinking about sobriety but are not quite sure where it fits into their lives quite yet. I’m Laura Rademacher, a Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. This class is based on my experience working at a substance use treatment intensive outpatient program. This class covers: Defining Healthy Sexuality, Setting Boundaries, Coping with Triggers, and a tool to help you create your Sexual Safety Map. Exciting Sober Sex is inclusively designed for people of all genders, orientations, and relationship styles.
