My goal with these classes is to empower adults to feel confident exploring their sexuality and help people create relationships with more connection, intimacy, and fun! My classes do not assume your gender or orientation and I am always thinking about how to teach in ways that are welcoming to LGBTQ+ folks, people in varying relationship styles, and with diverse sexual practices.
